The bridge will server 3600 people of the Masaiti Village. Expected Traffic: 500 Bridge Completion Date: Bridge story: The women of Fupashi are very outspoken. The first thing they argued about in our community meeting was how many days or weeks they cannot cross the river when it floods, and what happens then? Well, first the pregnant women cannot reach the midwife for labour. Then the women cannot reach market for vegetables for their stew. The children cannot go to school – well, we know what that can do for both mothers and children! Now that they have a school and a well, the women of Fupashi need a bridge.
