Founding Members

Marty stands behind his brunette wife Cindy surrounded with his children and grandchildren. Marty has been in the real estate business for over 28 years, and in that time has received national publicity and honors for accomplishments in construction scheduling, cost savings methods and recently won a prestigious national design competition award.

He has built over 50 projects in seven western states with a value of 155 million, of which a third he has retained in his own portfolio. He currently owns and operates a development company, construction company and a property management company. He studied Business and Architecture at Washington State University. He's a Member of the Council for Rural Housing and Development, North Idaho Building Contractor’s Association, National Building Contractor’s Association, Assisted Living Federation Association and currently volunteers as Employment Specialist for LDS Employment Services.

Past positions include Council Commissioner for Inland NW Council BSA, District Commissioner, & Cub Master. In addition Marty contributes 10-15 hours volunteering for his church and community each week. Marty & his wife Cindy have 7 children and live in beautiful Hayden Lake, Idaho.

Other interests include Sailing, Snow Skiing, Gyro-Copter’s and the Outdoors. Marty and his wife Cindy have encouraged and helped their children pursue charitable missions in such places as India, Korea, Taiwan, Brazil and Spain. Marty also helped sponsor Bridges to Prosperity's very first bridge project.
